I RARELY DO YELPS. Honestly, time is money and I won't take the time to ever do something I'm not being paid for. I came when they opened as a 2nd resort since the breakfast space on the corner was TOO BUSY. Christie the Manager, Carla and her team totally welcomed me in 10 minutes before opening and accommodated my needs for a yummy healthy breakfast. Christie and Carla ensured to get me everything I needed SO FAST. Beverage, yummy chips and salsa, and the menu. I celebrate lots of birthdays and special occasions with family here. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE and getting me fed before I go to work. Pasadena 's Cabreras.

I'm a huge fan of Cabreras! They took care of me at another location and after having an incredible experience in Arcadia, we decided to try Pasadena as well! Very consistent food and drinks. The ambiance is very similar, some places have larger outside areas than others. Everyone working here is very nice and polite!

was craving some frozen margaritas and found this place on yelp- so glad we did! ~Food~ mangoneada margarita: 10/10, perfect mango to chamoy ratio and the mango flavor was great coconut margarita: 8/10 still yummy but preferred the mangoneada. this one had a bit of an aftertaste and stronger alcohol taste molcajete de mariscos: 10/10 everything was so tender and flavorful. this was enough for two and we had a lot of leftovers tacos a la mexicana: 9/10 tacos were very filling with great soft tortillas. loved the rice and cheesy beans ~Service: amazing service! was one of the friendliest services i've ever received. the server was always checking in and refilled our waters and gave us napkins before we even knew we needed them! ~Parking: limited parking in back or street parking

I went to the Pasadena court today, and left early so wanted to try a new spot around it. I was feeling like Mexican food, and I'm glad I checked the reviews prior to coming in. The place is cute, it was pretty quiet for lunch but it was nice for me. I ordered the Cocido plate (caldo de res) and let me tell you, it reminded me of my mother's caldo! So good!! The service was extremely attentive and the ladies were so nice. Plus I had a michelada and I was not mad at it at all. I'm definitely coming back here if I'm in Pasadena again.

Update 8/27/24 Thank you Christian and Tony for the recommendation of the Parrillada Cielo Mar Y Tierra. This delicious monster dish can feed 3 adults. Look at my photos. Wow, it was a roller coaster of flavors that I have never had served together. It comes with Grilled salmon, breaded fish, garlic shrimp, carne asada, grilled chorizo, charbroiled chicken breast, melted cheese, cactus and 2 crab & shrimp enchiladas. Everything was outstanding. The crab and shrimp enchiladas were very unique. I have never had grilled chorizo served like this. What really topped everything is that all this was served on a bed of veggies that we made fajita style tacos from. The butter and jumbo shrimp looked like artwork. The very thick and full of flavor Cheese plate added a creamy fullness between the multiple main dishes. Yes, what I can say is the presentation of the Parrilla Cielo, Mar and Tierra is a work of art. Oh, that translates to Sky, Sea and Earth. We can really recommend this Parrillada plate. Everything was delicious. We kept on going back and fourth trying the different flavors.
